Trades are copied in approximately 2 milliseconds using the official Spotware cTrader Open API via TCP protocol — the fastest possible connection to cTrader.

The Scale Factor determines the lot size ratio between master and slave. A scale factor of 0.5 means the slave copies half the lots, 1.0 means the same lots, and 2.0 means double the lots.

You will receive an automatic email alert if the copier disconnects unexpectedly. Simply log in to your dashboard and restart the copier. Disconnections are rare and usually caused by token expiry, which we handle automatically.

No. We use the official Spotware OAuth2 authentication — the same system used by Spotware itself. Your broker password is never shared with or stored by AurumPulse.

Yes. You can copy from a live master to a demo slave, from demo to demo, or from live to live — any combination works.

The Pro plan supports 1 master and up to 5 slave accounts simultaneously across cTrader, MT5 and DXtrade.

The Risk Guardian automatically protects your prop firm challenge. Set a maximum drawdown %, daily loss limit, and daily profit target — if your account reaches any limit, the copier stops automatically. You can also configure max lots per trade, symbol filters, trading hours, and Drawdown Recovery Mode which automatically reduces lot sizes when you approach your limit.

For FTMO, we recommend setting Max Drawdown to 8% (safely within FTMO's 10% limit) and Max Daily Loss to 4% (within FTMO's 5% daily limit). Always check FTMO's current rules as they may change.

The Symbol Filter lets you specify which symbols to copy. For example, entering "XAUUSD,EURUSD" means only Gold and EURUSD trades will be copied. Leave empty to copy all symbols.

FTMO uses cTrader, so AurumPulse is technically compatible. However, it is your sole responsibility to check FTMO's current terms regarding trade copiers before use. Rules may change and vary by account type.

AurumPulse uses your own Spotware OAuth2 credentials — trades appear as normal cTrader activity. Unlike some competitors, we do not add any external branding or identifiers to your trades.

AurumPulse can copy trades between accounts you own. It is your responsibility to ensure this complies with your prop firm's rules. Always read the terms of your specific prop firm before using any third-party tool.

The AI Trading Assistant analyzes your trading journal and provides personalized insights — your best symbols, win rate analysis, areas to improve, and specific recommendations based on your actual trading data.

Your trade data is sent anonymously to Groq (powered by Llama 3.3) for analysis. No personal information, account numbers, or credentials are included in the AI request.
