These Terms of Service govern your use of AurumPulse Club, operated by AurumPulse Club. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms in full.

AurumPulse Club is a cloud-based trade copying software tool. We do not provide financial advice, manage your funds, guarantee trading results, or act as a financial intermediary or broker.

You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Service.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use at support@aurumpulseclub.com.

Access requires a paid subscription billed monthly via Stripe. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled. No refunds for partial periods unless required by law.

You agree not to use the Service unlawfully, reverse-engineer the Software, share credentials, violate your broker's terms, or circumvent security features.

You are solely responsible for ensuring your use complies with your broker's and prop firm's rules. We are not responsible for account suspensions or violations.

All content and technology is the exclusive property of AurumPulse Club. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive licence for personal use only.

We aim for 24/5 availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for losses caused by downtime or technical failures.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AurumPulse Club is not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages including trading losses.

We may suspend or terminate your account for breach of these Terms. You may cancel anytime through account settings.

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be notified via email.
